Our Basic Cremation Package is $950. It includes:
• Transferring your loved one into our care
• Refrigeration for up to 10 days
• Dignified private cremation, up to 250 lbs
• Basic cremation casket
• Basic cremation urn
• Family pickup of the urn in Salt Lake County
Required by the State of Utah: a $157 cremation permit, added to every arrangement by law. The minimum a family pays is $1,107, and we tell you that up front.
Add Only What You Need
Everything else is optional and individually priced: certified death certificates ($35 first, $10 each additional), digital fingerprint retrieval ($95), obituary listings ($75–$150), hand delivery of the urn ($50 in Salt Lake County, $100 surrounding counties), Priority Express shipping ($150), dressing prior to cremation ($250), a private 30-minute family viewing ($350), upgraded urns ($155–$255), and upgraded caskets (from $695). One charge is not optional: transferring of deceased into our care from outside of Salt Lake County is an additional $2.50/mile one way.
You add these yourself during the online arrangement, and you see the total before authorizing anything.
